Every quote we issue is itemised, with fixed fees wherever the scope allows. If a phase needs to be estimated rather than fixed, we’ll say so plainly and explain why — so you always know what you’re approving before any work begins.

How long does it take to receive a quote?
Most quote requests are answered within two business days. Larger or multi-phase projects may take a little longer if we need to scope the work carefully, and we’ll always tell you when to expect the proposal.
Is there any cost or obligation for requesting a quote?
No. Requesting a quote is free and carries no obligation. If you decide not to proceed, we’ll simply close the file — there is no follow-up pressure.
Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne?
Yes. While we’re based in Melbourne VIC, we work with clients across Australia, with most advisory and planning work delivered remotely and on-site visits arranged where they add value.
